Returns and Refunds
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll help you out with instructions along the whole way. Items that are delivered to a postal office and not picked up before its deadline, and sent back to us are not eligible for a refund. Contact us if you have any questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Any errors, defective goods, or receiving the wrong item should be reported to us immediately so that we can make it right. Message us your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
Our Refund Policy is that damaged items are refunded or replaced without question. Read more here.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
A refund can be initiated after you as a customer have received your order. You contact us in writing and request the refund. Refunds include the cost of purchased items only. Any questions regarding refunds for shipping and delivery charges will be decided on a case-by-case basis but are generally not refundable.
For Your Convenience
Of course you'll be refunded if items are damaged!
Please share with us photos of the damaged product. Reach out to us, and we will take care of your refund case promptly or send you replacements right away!
Items Not Damaged
Completing a refund on orders due to other reasons than damaged items generally requires you to return the items to us but can be decided otherwise.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Items that are delivered to a postal office and not picked up before its deadline, and sent back to us are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time
When a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This can take some time, but will be followed through. You can expect your refund within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch once again.
